Invoices are due per the schedule outlined in each engagement. Late payments may pause active work.
Deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. AI Craft Tech retains rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how.
We keep your business information confidential and expect the same in return.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.
